The last large window is the North window. It represents Winter, the Crucifixion, old age, and death. While the trees are dormant, there is great drama here. A storm gathers in turbulent circles on the left, moving into the story of Holy Week. The wind of the storm blows through a dormant camphor tree, with the sun setting behind it. Next we see the green olives of Gethsemane. In the center of the window, the last supper is represented by a fish and a sacrificial lamb on either side of a chalice in front of the Host. A large and abstract crown of thorns at the top of the window leads us towards the three bright red crosses of Calvary. Lower down we find Peter's inverted cross and Andrew's X-shaped cross. In the lower right hand corner is the sepulcher. Resting on top of the tomb are the jars of the three Marys (Christ's Mother, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joseph).
