Mindful Walking Program

A new Mindful walking program with Michelle Melendez, founder of Women Getting Fit.  This class is for you if you want to re-energize, increase your balance and flexibilty.  Tuesdays from 9:10 am to 10 am, starting April 18th.  The cost is $18 per class.  To enroll send an email to Michelle@WomenGettingFit.com.
